Artisan Short Courses
Our short course programme supports participants to build practical capability in their chosen area of artisan food‑making, grounded in a strong understanding of traditional methods.
We offer a wide range of hands‑on courses taught by world‑class tutors, all set within the unique surroundings of the beautiful Welbeck Estate in North Nottinghamshire.
Our short courses range from half-day sessions to week-long immersive programmes, covering a wide range of artisan skills. These include bread baking, patisserie, viennoiserie, pizza making, dairy production, chocolate making, butchery, charcuterie, pie making, ice cream, fermentation, and pickling. We also offer courses for those who want to start their own microbakery.
